What shirt brand/fabric content do you print on?

All Fly by Knight T-shirts are printed on American Apparel brand tees, the only exception is our crop top style which are digitally printed on Los Angeles Apparel brand tees. The fabric content is listed in the description box of each style.

What size should I order?

Our sizes range from X-Small to X-Large. The ladies fitted styles run small while our Unisex tees run big, please check our size chart for more details.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
We use screen printing unless otherwise stated in the description box.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to maintain the quality of your shirt:

  • Washing: Machine wash inside out with like colors on a gentle or delicate cycle.
  • 
Ironing: Do not iron on decoration
  • 
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • First Love Yourself

Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system and Paypal.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 3-5 business days.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $5.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping.


My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:

(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and

(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Apparel, tote bags and art prints are printed to order and therefore we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS at this time. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email with sizing/ordering questions. Exceptions can be made in cases of product defects to the printed image or apparel item but we must be notified of such defects within 7 days of receipt of the order.

In these cases, please email us at info@shopflybyknight.com and someone will get back to you right away.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
